One of the things I like more than pasta is pizza. It seems like a couple hundred years ago now but I even spent several years delivering and then later making pizza in a few national chains. Those were indeed the days, free pizza just about every day.

I admit it. I’m a pasta addict. I live in a world where there is no such thing as “Too much pasta”. There’s always another good pasta dish around the corner with a new look, a different combination of ingredients and spices and of course, another variation of the pasta itself.

I’ve always enjoyed Italian food and using Italian seasonings on many other things as well. There’s a spicy flavor to it that while it packs a lot of taste, doesn’t get so hot-spicy that it becomes painful to eat.

Not only do these make a good side for burgers, hot dogs and generally almost any kind of sandwich, They’re also great by themselves. I like ‘em as an alternative to things like popcorn when watching a movie. Don’t get me wrong, popcorn is great, particularly with the extra butter and some grated Parmesan cheese and some dill weed sprinkled on it but I’m not willing to put up with having to spend the next three days trying to get pieces of the hulls out from between my teeth anymore.

I’ve seen I can’t tell you how many different kinds of casserole recipes before and I’ve also seen at some varieties of burrito. Never before have I ever seen the two combined in one dish. The burrito casserole sounds pretty good though, not to mention easy to do. It’s definitely going on my list of things I want to try making soon.
