I’ll be the first to admit that I’m a LONG way from being anything even remotely resembling an “Iron Chef”, but I love good food and not just cooking and eating either. I’m interested in all sorts of related things…Learning new things about foods and the ingredients and techniques used in preparation, kitchen gadgets, appliances and just about anything else.

(I know this is short but it’ll do for now and perhaps I’ll get it expanded as I think of stuff for it.)
