I’ll be the first to admit that I’m a LONG way from being anything even remotely resembling an “Iron Chef”, but I love good food and not just cooking and eating either. I’m interested in all sorts of related things…Learning new things about foods and the ingredients and techniques used in preparation, kitchen gadgets, appliances and just about anything else.

Due to developments over the last year or so I’ll be expanding coverage of what I’ve come to call “Diabetic Friendly” recipes as well as both recipes and assorted tips that are intended to help make the most of a tiny budget.
