Day 144 Fat Guy Almost DIES Excercising!

On the other hand, what I did in it was NOT easy at all and a couple of them hurt pretty bad when I put weight on my bad arm.
In spite of that, If I get 100 “thumbs up” ratings for this video on youtube I’ll do this again, minus the parts that were a problem for my arm. In any remake, I’ll strive to do more than I did in this one.
