This Just Keeps Getting Stranger . . .

I expect to have it posted on YouTube early tomorrow morning. These videos appear on YouTube first and then will be embedded in a post on this blog either later that day or the next day depending on how busy I am.

In other news I’m getting used to the Intermittent Fasting routine, eating for five hours of the day and fasting for the other nineteen hours. That, combined with spending as much time as I can on the exercise bike is sure to mean a good, steady, weight loss.
What’s cool about is is that while I’m on the bike I’m basically thinking out loud, working out how to do something or planning something. It’s a great time to just think things thorough. The weird thing is that it seems that more and more often, when I’m talking to myself like that, I get answers… From some part of myself.
