Grilled Salmon Patty Burgers

It’s something that I haven’t had nearly as much as I would have liked. These salmon patty burgers are just one of the ways in which I’m finally getting around to having salmon a lot more often.
Ingredients needed:
1 drained and flaked 16oz can of pink salmon
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup of seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
3 tablespoons of either mayo or salad dressing
