Welcome back!

Getting an early start today because I don’t seem to *have* actual sleep “patterns”. I had some fun with a buggy Avast! update and a crapload of false positives. In the news yesterday: Obama sets deadline for pulling out of Afghanistan

On another note I have a question that I would really like to hear from readers about. Namely: Do you think I should continue posting these weight loss vlog videos here on the blog or no? Please leave a comment with your thoughts.
