Weight Fluctuations And More Thoughts On Sugar Loaded Crap

November 17th, 2009 | Posted in From The Cook, losing weight, video | 2 Comments

I know weight fluctuates from day to day but did the first fluctuation *have* to be a gain? Also, I can’t get that Nesquik stuff out of my head. They talk about it like it was good for you. It’s an amazing stupidity when you think about it.

I also have to say that right now this losing weight business is getting to be a real problem. I would LOVE to get back to mostly writing and making videos about all kinds of good food and related topics but it represents more than a little bit of temptation right now.

I am sure that anyone trying to lose will understand when I say that food and I aren’t on the best of terms right now. I look at the scale reporting 350 pounds or more and it’s both depressing and infuriating at the same time. So in the meanwhile I’m going to continue vlogging about it because sometimes talking helps. a little bit anyway.

    1. Hi – I don’t comment on many web sites but had to on yours. It’s fantastic! I really like how you write – very to the point, unlike a lot of other blogs. Thanks for having this site. I found your site while looking for another one on Bing. I don’t have time to read everything right now, but I have bookmarked your site and will return very soon to see the latest. I love reading about cooking, it is my favorite past-time. The recipes on your site are incredible. I can’t wait to try them out on my family. They think I’m crazy (and maybe they are right lol) when they see me at work in the kitchen. Click here if you’d like to check out my site. Keep up the great work!

    2. I’m glad you like the recipes, though I have to admit that at least for a while I’m going to be more focused on losing weight
