Sugar, Losing Weight, And I Ordered A Scale
November 13th, 2009 | Posted in Food Info, From The Cook, Health, losing weight, video | Comments OffThis video is another in my “walking for life” series which looks like it’s going to turn into an entire Vlog in it’s own right but that’s ok, it gives me something to do while getting some exercise and that’s absolutely cool. By doing it regularly, it also helps give me that accountability that I don’t have much of due to living by myself. Just for the heck of it, what do you think of “Vlogging” as a weight loss tool?
This time while doing time on the exercise bike I’m talking about trying to make daily exercise an actual habit instead of a chore. I’m also talking about sugar, carbohydrates and their effects on weight loss.
Finally, I’ve ordered a scale so that I can include regular weight and (hopefully) weight loss reports in the videos.
