Welcome back!

Don’t you just love how life has a way of blowing holes in your best plans? That’s pretty much what happened to me. I decide to do something about losing weight and commit myself to doing at least one (or more) video a week about it. I get two videos made and posted and then BANG! Two weeks go by with no video.

For the first week I was so busy with assorted things that when I finally had time for exercise I was too tired to even consider doing it. Then in the second week I got an infection in my jaw and was doing very little else but riding the painkillers and antibiotics for a week.

Well things have finally settled down and not only am I back to the exercise routine in this video, I’m also talking about an article I saw on foxnews.com called “5 Healthy Foods You Should Be Eating Daily
