This is the second episode in my continuing effort to do something about getting into shape and developing habits that will help me lose weight. This video was shot last night and rendered earlier today so when I say “yesterday” in the video I’m referring to Tuesday 10/20/09.

Treadmills are cool but when the treadmill in question is designed to be powered and the controller circuit is blown, moving the belt with leg power alone has proved to be too much for me. I was only able to go about 1 1/2 minutes before having to quit from being totally worn out so I’ve switched to a stationary bike for the time being until I can get started with the weight loss, build some tone and most importantly, endurance. Besides, I want to lose the weight but I’d like to do it safely and not kill myself doing it.
