How many times have you been cooking pasta or anything else that needs some boiling time and been distracted or called away, only to find yourself racing to stop a boil-over? I know it’s happened to me countless times. There’s all kinds of reasons for it to happen. The phone rings, somebody’s at the door or maybe the kids just came in with something you’ve got to see “right now”.

This little gadget prevents that boil over from happening in the first place. I’ve got one and I can tell you that the thing really works and has prevented many a boil over mess.

I also got a free sample in the mail recently of Honey Nut Cheerios. I have to say that they are pretty good. One of the big factors for me was that while they do have some crunch, they don’t have so much crunch that they present a problem to my teeth that just can’t stand really crunchy stuff anymore.
