How To Make A Great Spaghetti Sauce

It occcurs to me that I haven’t been posting here nearly as often as I’d like. All I can say is that real life has been interfering in a grand way. In the meantime, The video in this post should make up for some of the lack of posting.

This spaghetti sauce recipe is one that I’ve developed over the last few years and it’s proven to be a raging success with everybody that’s had it. Not only is it a great sauce for spaghetti (or whatever other kind of pasta you prefer), it’s also great when used in other dishes as well.

You could ladle some over chicken breasts and top with parmesan cheese for a quick chicken parm, it’s also good on meatloaf, burgers and while I haven’t yet tried it, I think it would make an excellent pizza sauce as well.

    1. That’s a great sauce! You should bottle it and sell it in stores. Great Chefs TV, filmed a similar sauce called a 3 chili
dipping sauce by Chef Mike Fennelly with spicy crawfish rolls
(www.greatchefs.com) for the Louisiana New Garde TV series.
We’re putting one new dish up on our internet channel
YouTube.com/greatchefs and I’ll try and scheduled that dish
      for next month.
