Sugar Free Cranberry Relish

Welcome back!

Here’s something that makes a nice little side dish or topping. Just toss a couple of cups of cranberries and two apples into a food processor and run it until they’re both thoroughly chopped up.

Then add a cup of Orange juice, a half cup or so of chopped nuts and enough sweetener to suit your taste. Mix thoroughly and then refrigerate for a few hours before using.

2 cups of cranberries
2 apples (a sweet variety)
1 cup of orange juice
