Hard Boiled Eggs That Come Out Right Nearly Every Time

Either they’d be overcooked and be more like egg shaped rubber than an egg or they would be in various stages of undercooked ranging from a bit soft to OMG That egg is almost RAW!
This fight with the allegedly simple hard boiled egg continued for years until I finally found a method that not only works, but works consistently for me.
