		<description>That&#039;s a good way to go especially if you&#039;re concerned about accidental burns while cleaning it.  However I&#039;ve come to prefer the damp sponge while the grill is hot.  It is flat out the easiest cleanup method I&#039;ve ever seen in anything like this.  No matter how you clean it up, the grill itself is a Godsend when it comes to eating with less grease and fat</description>

Unplug &amp; let cool about 10 minutes with cover down.
Moisten 2 paper towels &amp; wring out excess.
Fold to fit inside surface, put inside grill &amp; close cover.
After you wash the dishes wipe off surfaces.  The steam
generated while the cover was closed softens the hardened
food &amp; makes cleanup real easy.  Then you just throw the
paper towels away.</description>
