Welcome back!

Here’s a variation on Chicken Cordon Bleu that’s made in the form of a casseole in the Microwave oven.

Steam two cup of broccoli florets for about two minutes. Moisten two cups of stuffing mix and combine it with the broccoli.

Put four chicken breasts in a micowave save baking dish or casserole and sprinkle with pepper. Top the chicken with a slice of swiss cheese, a slice of ham and then the stuffing mix.

Cover it and micro on medium high for fifteen minutes, rotating the dish three times during cooking (unless your micro has a rotating platter)

After fifteen minutes uncover and top with a can of chicken gravy and micro on high for another one to two minutes.

2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups stuffing mix
4 chicken breast halves
4 slices swiss cheese
4 slices ham
2 cans chicken gravy
