Ok, so I’ve been trying to deal with this guy next door that practices his yoga in his front yard at four in the morning with hard rock music playing at max volume.

It just so happens that I like music, particularly instrumental music, however I don’t want to hear any of it at four in the morning.

I’ve tried being nice about it, I’ve tried pointing out noise ordinances and even just asking him to be considerate of the rest of us that need to be asleep at that hour. I’ve even called the cops to complain about the noise but every single time they send a car around he seems to know about it and all is dead silent when they get close enough to hear anything. Obviously he’s got a scanner and has somebody listening to it to alert him of such things.

Today however I see that he’s taking the next step in going too far. He got a delivery today that consisted of no less than three packages. I found out later that he has bought three Pioneer dj mixers at musicians friend and as I write he’s setting this equipment up in his garage, connecting it to the speakers on his front lawn. The sound coming from them is abominable and loud.

It seems that he’s going to try mixing a number of different songs and playing them at the same time along with a number of white noise type sounds.
