(YTO2 300-66) After spending nearly two years as Youtube celebrity guests aboard the International Space Station Mars is finally in the correct position for our flight to continue. We leave the station on New Year’s day, 2014 and break orbit headed for Mars.

In the next part we’ll deal with getting aligned with the base on Mars and actually landing.
