The Value of Coffee

I realize that there’s been conflicting reports over the years about whether coffee is good for you or not and if so, how much is too much but personally, I consider it an important part of the day and because of the fact that relaxing with some good coffee is a great way to bleed off stress, I think you could legitimately consider it an anti-aging treatment since stress is known to age a person faster than normal.
Oh, I suppose it probably wouldn’t be a great idea to chug down six pots a day, and it’s important to balance that coffee with plenty of good old H20 to make sure the system is cleaned out and you’re hydrated because coffee is a diuretic and without the added water that would be a problem.
In the meantime, I’ve got a 52 ounce mug that gets filled with a pot of coffee in the morning and then is re-loaded with water a couple of times a day after the coffee is gone. Although in cold weather I might make a second pot. I’ve also been known to load it up with lukewarm water because the cold makes my teeth hurt sometimes.
