For those that like their food to be on the spicier side of the table, ThaiTable.com ought to be an interesting ride. This site is a wealth of information, tips and recipes for the experienced Thai cook as well as a rank beginner that has never attempted Thai cooking.

There’s a really helpful section on the site that go into details about ingredients commonly used in Thai cooking. A person could spend days just reading in this part alone, finding out a lot about what ingredients such as this page about curry paste, including pictures of what they’re supposed to look like and many of them also include have a link to a sound file that lets you hear the correct pronunciation of the Thai words.
