Fail Day

(YTO 172-193) The video for this day was supposed to be something really cool in which, among other things, for the whole 3 minutes and 14 seconds of the planned length of the video the first 3141 digits of Pi scrolled across the bottom of the screen.

My consistently failed attempts to make this work started the day on a downhill slide that didn’t do anything but get worse all day long and well into the night.

The final addition of injury to insult came in the form of the events that I describe on another blog in a post entitled “How NOT To Run A Business“.

To say the very least it was a really bad day and I didn’t react well to it at all. In fact, it took until two days later before I had actually managed to calm down about the whole mess. Even now, while completely calm and reasonable minded, I remain very angry about it. I’m even angrier that there is nothing that can be done about the situation and that I have to pay the expense of somebody else’s failure.

Yes, I did make a brief video about it however since then I’ve come to regret making that video and have set it to private and will not be embedding it here or anywhere else. In fact, I’m probably going to end up deleting it completely. Some videos should never be made in the first place. That was one of them.
