I used to have the same kind of opinion, only beef was right for chili, then the price of beef skyrocketed.

As a result, I&#039;ve come to learn that ground turkey breast can be a very good substitute for beef at less than half of the cost.  In some things, It&#039;s hard to tell the difference.</description>
