(YTO 62-303) Nutjob Hills is a *partly* fictional version of where I live. The people living here have about a 90% greater chance of doing something strange or at least odd on any given day than people living anywhere else on Earth.

Where else could you see a guy walking down the street or in a store someplace stop, pull an unwrapped bologna sandwich out of his pocket, take a bite and put it back?
